Exchange and Refund Policy


EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Churchill & Company we invest a great deal of effort and time in making every pair.

If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at info@churchillshoes.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the product.

They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

How to exchange?
You must dispatch the product within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you. In case of free return offered by us, we usually take 7 business days to pick up the product from you from the time we send a reverse pick up confirmation to you.You will be required to share 2 photos of the product delivered to you to initiate an exchange process. Please note that we offer only one free exchange. For any size related issue after one size exchange, we will charge a shipping fee of Rs. 250

You have nothing to worry about as we offer free return* or exchange* across India (barring select locations). 

For Exchange, please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging along with tags. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchange. We would require all original papers/invoices to be returned with the product. We would need 2 photos of the product delivered to you for initiating a reverse pick up

Trump International reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

Red Hot Sale & BOGO Sale:

Any product bought with the Red Hot sale tag and BOGO sale is non-refundable but change in size is possible. For changing the size we offer free delivery and pick up. All other T&C are applicable as standard 

Product specific policies for Refund:

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC/barcode numbers or labels
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

After we receive the shipment we conduct an inspection to confirm if the shoes are in an acceptable condition or not. We also compare the shoes with pictures taken of the products before we shipped them to the customer.

Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to the customer if the return process was initiated within 15 days of receipt. In case of credit/debit card payments, the amount deducted will be reversed as soon as possible. However, in case of COD orders we will offer either a credit note or a bank transfer. Bank transfers are executed within 15 days of the return confirmation.

Any accepted and valid return initiated after 15 days of delivery shall be entitled to a credit note. A credit note is an outstanding credit on a Customer account that can be applied to an Invoice as a Payment. You can use this credit amount anytime while shopping at www.churchillshoes.com
